By accessing and using the GG Research website (the "Site"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not fully accept the Terms, please do not use the Site.

GG Research reserves the right to update or modify the Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the same.

2. Use of the Site

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use GG Research services.

Registration: Some areas require registration. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the data provided and the security of your credentials.

Lawful Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Payment Management

GG Research uses secure payment platforms (e.g., Stripe) as the Merchant of Record. All payments, invoice management, and refunds will be handled through the designated platform, according to its terms.

4. Financial Liability Limitation

All content, courses, analysis, and materials are provided exclusively for educational purposes. GG Research does not provide personalized financial advice and is not responsible for trading, investment, or operational decisions made by users based on the information provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, graphics, images, videos, logos) is the property of GG Research or its licensors. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or use such materials without written authorization.

6. User Generated Content

Users who actively participate in communities, forums, or support chats agree to respect rules of good conduct, without spreading offensive, illegal, or harmful material. GG Research reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate.

7. Suspension and Termination

GG Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or services in case of violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without obligation of refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. GG Research does not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GG Research be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services.

10. "Profitable or Refunded" Guarantee

Applicable exclusively to the GG Research PRO+ Membership

The user will be entitled to request a full refund of the cost incurred for the PRO+ Membership if, within 6 consecutive months, they meet all the following conditions:

• Have actively participated in the community for at least 90% of the reference period.
• Have completed at least 80% of the available courses and training materials.
• Have performed at least 200 validated operations on at least 3 different assets.
• Have documented backtesting and forward testing, recording the required data in forms provided by GG Research.
• Have shown evidence of disciplined application of the strategies covered in the training materials.

Refund Procedure:

• The refund request must be sent to pizzaforex@gmail.com with all required documentation, which will be verified by the GG Research Team within 30 working days.

11. Changes and Updates

GG Research reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be invited to review the updated changes directly on this page.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction.
